Digital evidence is received electronically from the field and assessed by dedicated case managers who in addition to checking for quality, conduct supporting investigations before formulating a bespoke report suitable for disclosure. Photographic, video footage and written material are in the form of contemporaneous notes to support their observations and produced to evidential standards.

Unless otherwise stipulated, all work is undertaken on an all-inclusive fee structure with no hidden costs. Prior to every surveillance assignment beginning, a subject profile is undertaken through desk-top investigations and includes all accessible social network sites.
